We had a wonderful time enjoying the Hot Park, especially the pools fed by hot springs. The amenities were fantastic for our kids, with so many family-friendly activities to choose from. The nature around was a delight, making it easy to relax and have fun together.

My kids wished there were better dining options for families, particularly more kid-friendly meals. It would be great to have more variety in food specifically catering to younger tastes.

staying here was a treat as we were just a few steps from the Hot Park and the relaxing Parque das Fontes, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The atmosphere felt family-friendly which made our trip enjoyable.

The Parque das Fontes is so pretty and super clean. I loved sipping drinks at the bar while enjoying the views. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger, though!

Dining options were low quality and overpriced, which overshadowed the positives of the thermal pools and vibrant music in the park.

The park has lots of swimming pools with fresh water coming from the hot spring, with several cascades and poolside bars. I got to relax and watch my kids play all day, they loved it!

It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hot park was a blast, and we loved the beautiful hot springs. We also enjoyed kayaking and beach volleyball. The resort has tons of activities and great entertainment options. The food was solid, and the atmosphere felt fun and laid-back.

The staff at the front desk could be friendlier. they seemed a bit cold and unwilling, which was a letdown during our stay.

the check-out took way too long (like, why so complicated? ). but the park with natural hot springs was stunning! loved the friendly lifeguards and the live music near the pool bars was super enjoyable.
